Please send request in either way written below.
-Apply from your boss's company e-mail address.
-Apply from the user's company e-mail address who need password reset with boss in CC.
For cases that users who do NOT know his/her e-mail address.
For cases that password is expired.
For cases that DSC-ID account is locked.
(because of incorrect password inputted multiple times.) |
In this request, DSC-ID password will be initialized and reissued.If the account is locked it will be released. |
